Payment is made in two separate checks. The first check is a $200.00 reservation and security deposit check. This check is voided and returned after your departure. A reservation may be cancelled and the check returned up to 3 weeks in advance, otherwise the deposit check will be returned if the cancelled week gets rented. The second check is the full payment and is due at least two weeks before the scheduled vacation time. We will forward a detailed map with the location of the house key, the instructions and agreement form, and other useful information three weeks in advance.
The pontoon boat must be rented along with the cottage for each night of stay from May to mid- October. Ask about exceptions and savings on reservations made within two weeks of stay if availability exists.
The following rates include all taxes and fees. Internet access is $4/day.
$180/night - 6 night minimum beginning Sunday 3:00 PM until Saturday 11:00 AM. See below for pontoon boat rates. The seventh day may be available for $230 including use of the pontoon boat.
$170/night - 3 night minimum over weekends
$130 - $160/night - 3 night minimum over weekends
$450 for 6 night stay
$240 for a 3 night stay, $70 for each additional day.
